I have a huge fear that everything that i'm DCAing will go to zero...which makes me want to stop. But then if it doesnt go to zero and the next bull run occurs I'll make it. Anyone else DCAing or am I making a huge mistake with this crypto shit?

Even if 9 of them go to zero, 1 of them might still pull a 100x. Congratulations, you just turned $10k into $100k. That’s with the low cap shitcoins though, as higher market caps are of course less risky and should give you a guaranteed 5x to 20x

Depends on what you buy.
ETH has a very good chance of reaching around 10k next peak and won’t go to zero. Same for btc (reaching around 100k) however, when you DCA into alts you most likely won’t see their previous ATHs again

crypto and web3 is just a hype meme at this point. centralized banks keep pussyfooting around about it but nobody takes it seriously. tech companies don't even mention it, just corporations like mcdonald's or adidas use it as a marketing tool for zoomers and millennials

i was there when the internet kept advancing and everybody had the sense that it was here to stay. from 56k to DSL to Cable to Fiber to WiFi, the internet itself was a highly safe investment. ebay did especially well during the early 2000's, so did pay porn sites. P2P sites like Napster freaked people out for a minute, but eventually the internet found ways to deal with piracy

i see none of this advancement with crypto since 2017. some gamblers got in early and invested a fuckton of money and made out and keep shilling it on youtube. that's about it
