There may come a time where they sell tokenized assets initially issued on private chains and migrate them to public chains like Ethereum for public investment, but I doubt the private chain paradigm is going to change.

The only issue they had w private chains was “fuck, well then everyone has to run my node and run their bank on my ledger too together”, but now they can easily trust minimized interoperate
