I love the smell of my own breath, some years ago i developed a technique. You fill your mouth with air from your lungs, then as you're inhaling through your nose you exhale air from your mouth into it. The trick is to point your lips towards your nose so the air shoots directly into it, also the back of your mouth should be closed, so the air inside your mouth isn't connected to your windpipe. You sinly squeeze air from your mouth to your nose. This is by far the quickest method for checking your breath, i've seen people put their hand iver their mouth and nose and try to smell it that way but it doesn't work as good. Also if you want better breath, take a spoon and scrape your tongue.
