I'm a poorfag but at least i want to feel like I'm some sort of chad or a sigma male to cope a bit. What can i do to be a little less beta? I feel modern society doesn't give you much chances to escape anonimity or become a some sort of hero other than making money or post some shit in social media.

I've already did that for decades. I'm 36 btw. I'm decently strong and fit and it really helped to cope. But at some point I quit because I've realized I hated having my days (food intake/sleep) focused on that sole activity, I hated the receptionists, fags who do crunches in the squat racks, girls who think I'm looking at them, music and people in general. Sometimes gyms are too crowded and I had to plan my time windows accordingly. I lift in home semi-seriously now, have some barbells, a bench like picrel and doing fine.

You think you want to be Alpha but what you really want is to be seen and looked up to by other people. Easiest way to achieve that is by taking risks and hoping they pay off. there is nothing you can do. you can try becoming more muscular but that won't help either if you are not tall from start. social media only aggravated what was hardcoded into nature. women want aggressive apes a.k.a. tall and good personality. there is no changing this, if you are not born with the genetics that allow you to stay afloat you can protect your sanity, if not it's time to face the psychological bloodshed and hopefully by some miracle and monumental effort protect your sanity.
