bitcoin will drag everything up in fiat, but alts like link will continue making lower highs and lower lows after the blow off 2020 top.
there's a small chance link sees $50 again, but there's very close to zero chance it ever breaks into the top 10 assets by marketcap.

the faster bitcoin breaks into six figures and doesn't stop, the more likely it is chainlink will still be relevant enough to capture enough speculator money to go on a run. this applies to all old alts.
but if bitcoin is too slow to make such a move, by the time it does, if it does at all, speculators will have mostly capitulated and it won't be able to capture enough retail money.
the real world "usage" of these alts puts their valuations significantly lower than most are priced at today. speculators are critical to prop the valuations up.

The marketcap is higher today and BTC dominance slightly lower, hence why we are at +$6.
