Some things to consider:
Will L2s eat up most of the direct profitability of settlement? Will L2 blobs getting settled on ETH be as profitable as the current environment?
Will modular L1s like Fuel and Celestia eat directly into ETH's lunch ?
Will Eigenlayer be widely adopted, causing huge amounts of ETH restaking and massively increasing demand for ETH?
Will a single L1 be able to retain a dominance narrative in a world where the silo effect of L1s has been abstracted away by cross-chain technologies?

Not saying yes or no to any of these, but you should have considered them all before doing something like putting your whole paycheck into it on an ongoing basis.
