People always think you're crazy for thinking these things, but I'm starting to buy into the idea that we are. It makes a lot of sense. Let's have a discussion, anons.

no. douglas adams gave a good speech of religion once. he said when man was a hunter, god was a hunter, when man was a builder god was a mason, and he said when man was a computer faggot, god was a simulation. its more likely imo that a simulation is a crude model of reality

So you're religious?

businessly and financially speaking, sure.

well i think its more likely that there is order rather than chaos in the world but i dont belong to any organized religion

fwiw before this thread gets pruned for offtopic

its quite likely that 4 dimensional spacetime is a hologram of a smaller dimensional space where physics really happens.

this would explain non locality. if we're experiencing a 3d projection (4d with time) from a 2d or 1d space, things that appear non local on the projection could be local in "real space" which would be a neat solution for phenomena like ESP or even quantum behaviors if you aren't a fan of superdeterminism or mainstream quantum mehcanics.

but whether that lower dimensional "real space" is in and of itself a "computer simulation" of some kind is unknowable.

the universe operates the same way a computer does and a computer is just a reflection of the universe itself.

Apparently the goal is for us to continue evolving and reach a 5d space.

I feel that sometimes. I've always felt that there is more to consciousness.

i like how this picture completely ignores whats actually important which is the collective conscious. we are all one being.
