How big of a loss would it take for you to kys? How hard would losing the following amounts hit you and what's your biggest ever loss?

Killing yourself over money is retarded, but I do get pretty upset over anything 4 figures. My biggest ever unrealized was around $3.5k, which was about 1/3 of my account at the time. My strike dates were just far enough out for the stock to crash back down though.

Honestly its less about the absolute loss and more about the percentage of loss and if you are in the red from your initial investment.

I assume that's unrealized profit? If I lost 4m from my own savings (not that I have) i would probably kms but yeah profit hits easier since I didn't actually work for that money.

Nothing except going negative. Since I don't play with leverage, I'll never encounter anything bad enough.

I was down as much as $800k from my November 2021 ATH. I would probably kms if I permanently lost that amount and my job at the same time

yeah killing yourself over money is dumb but over debt I think is different, that shit just drains the life out of you.

I held and have kept investing. Now I'm down "only" $350k from ATH.

I am a newfag and have put 700€ already I am still positive but i am waiting a new pepe moon really hard because there is no escape without that and I would be unable to sell my shit coins for low profits so they would fall down slowly, I just put 100€ on pepecoin the fact that it's early, the safety and the narrative was irresistible. It's a lot for me. I am a wagie who lives on beans. It's a lot of adrenaline already

I've lost 1 million twice.
First 2018 loss was more painful because I had like 1.1 million before the drop, second was from 2.1 to just under 1m.

Didn't kms after the first major loss, and it paid off. Still alive and better off.

HODL meme mostly, in 2018 I HODL'd as the market dumped. Lost an average of $1,400 a day. Held Neo from $6 to $198 and all the way back down.

Killing yourself over money or debt is pretty stupid. You can just go to a diff country and start over if you need to.

Until I invested some of my savings on DEXT and now I earned like $500k in a year, so yeah, DexTools basically save me from the noose

lost 400k unrealized profit from last ath.
This might sound harsh but here is the thing:

I earn 20k€ after tax per YEAR. I have a fucking bachelors and work my ass off for that 20k. This 400k loss means 20 fucking years of working fulltime, saving every euro I make. Thinking about this fucking kills my soul bros..

I'm still in (very low) six figure right now since I've been accumulating little by little for years but I fucking hope I make it next run. When the crash happened and I realized what actually happened I was at the lowest point of my life. I don't care about flashy shit, I just want to live without being forced to do shit. I need around a mil to live without being forced to wagecuck. WIsh me luck bros, I'm rooting for all of you.

>> No.54844221

I went from 100k to 5k last year, I didn't really care. I was saving up for a house in my third world country and I was halfway there. Looking back it felt nice to have that much money I guess.
Maybe I lack the drive to really make so I don't feel too committed to this whole sordid affair of making and losing money

>> No.54844222

I lost around 15k recently. I am not a wealthy person, I'm a student who doesn't make enough money a year to save anything anymore. Hopefully stem still pays well in a few years
