i don't give people advice. presumably you bought for some reason, has that reason changed? personally i can't see the bull case in oil with an impending recession in the west, china's post-covid economy stalling, russia not losing any production. opec cuts are mostly symbolic because they fail to hit quotas. there's a long term argument for structural undersupply because of ESG, low capex, etc, but i'm increasingly starting to believe that oil bulls are deluding themselves there as well. oil bulls predicted russian production would collapse without western service co's, the opposite happened and russia is pumping more than ever. there simply is a lot of oil production out there that can be brought online quite easily.

it might well be technically oversold in the short term though.
