I have a question for Hindenberg. Icahn is sitting on $2 BILLION OF cash. There are approximatly 350 million shares outstanding. Icahn owns 90%. There are approximately 35 million shares outstanding so take 35 million shares time $41 at todays close , amounts to $1.5 billion is cash, so if external shareholders will take a loss at $41 then Icahn still has 500 mmillion in cash, but now Icahn owns all of the company and is sitting on its assets that he owns and yes he has $4.7 billion of debt, but for the last 3 years he has paid down $500 million each year to reduce debt from $6.2 billion to $4.7 billion. The lenders love this , the guy is paying him off and at higher rates, and now there are no longer any other shareholders and he has $20 billion of assets----- What am i missing????????

I feel like they are getting greedy simply because money got a lot more costly and difficult to get, and so they have higher operating risks (or whatever the technical term is called... again, I'm almost illiterate here, but I'm not completely ignorant either)
