Chainlink provides an impeccable product for years that powers most of their ecosystem, and they can barely conceal their absolute contempt for it. I honestly don't get it at all. Are they really seething that hard about Chainlink taking on MEV? Are they seriously all that complicit and corrupt?

I'm just mystified why a very significant proportion of the ETH community act like Chainlink are the bad guys, when Chainlink has done literally nothing except ship industry-standard tier tools that have helped ETH grow by leaps and bounds.
I can't for the life of me explain why ETH maxis aren't out there shilling for Chainlink after all the good they have done for the Ethereum ecosystem. Not only are they not shilling, they're actively hostile. And nobody from the ETH camp has ever tried to explain it at all. It's crazy.
