My boss is kind of incompetent for the job he does and I think I'm tarred by association. The bullying is a matter of being given impossible deadlines and having every action questioned. I heard a rumour he said privately he's going to do everything he can to get rid of him. As of late the senior executive is now targetting him too.

I work for the Australian government so I'm relatively safe from being fired. I'm watching my boss be put into a situation where he feels he has no other choice but to quit. I very well could be next.

Naturally, if you are one of these people with steely nerves, who doesn't really care about bullying, you can hang around just to fuck with them, and get a pay out. For some people that would be fun. I couldn't do it, but each to their own. It's just a job, and a whole lot of people are about to get fired anyway, so whatever.
