At a night club you will hear bad music played loudly. You are encouraged if not outright forced to pay for over priced and over hyped drinks. You are there to impress shallow strangers. If you're lucky they will interact with you and you will be forced to have the same conversation with the same memorized talking points over and over. The conversations never go anywhere because everyone there is just like the last 30 people you spoke to and none of them are remarkable. More likely you will be ignored by the strangers. If you are particularly unlucky you will be forced to leave for "being creepy". And to add insult to injury "winning" at this stupid game is taking someone home for an hour or two of very average sex that leads nowhere and you have to go out and do the same thing the following night since nobody wants to be in a relationship with someone they met in that hellscape.

I don't know why, but for some reason younger people just don't seem to be interested in dating or nightclubs.
