Also I know it’s not an island but I just came back from Montenegro and the Adriatic coast is beautiful. Cheap, safe, and maybe you could even buy one of the myriad small uninhabited coastal/lake isles from the government.

No. But Nauru island off the coast of aussy looks nice. 3000 inhabitants, declining, mainly Polynesian, has an airliner that island hops along the chain. Annual temperature graph basically flatlines through subtropical/tropical year round. Inhabitants seem fairly chill. It's a bloody affront to my sensibilities, that I, as a genuine UK passport holder of antiquity, have to apply for a bally visa for these places. They should meet me at the shores and airport terminals with some flowers and refreshments, like the return of their god.

I've run a trace a managed to local the origin, its the Ban Gioc–Detian Falls between Vietnam and cheyna.

Hopefully I'll visit cheyna some day, it's ancient basin of society, the yellow river, its tech centre, shenzen, and maybe a cheynese lady can furiously beat a coom or three out of me to prove a point about Eastern global superiority.
