Now is a good time to buy. Here let me break it down for you.

Let's assume you have $500 left over per month to invest. Why does it hurt to put in 10% or $50 into the dip? If you put in the full $500 then you are a fool.

People trivialize DCA and they also think they're going to retire in a month or two if they put in a full bag. That's not how it works.
