How do I get money online without nothing but a good computer, time and high school education?

I'm 20 and living with my parents so I can invest any money I earn but lack the capital to do so, also found out about a really safe investment with little but constant returns.

I basically need 1k usd, live in Mexico and don't have time to go part time wagie (nor the willingness because jobs commonly pay 3usd/hour in this shithole)
