I went with my friends and we got invited to a yacht party at one point basically because we were White and made the people throwing the party appear wealthier. Had sex but girls aren't as outwardly sluty as in the west. Some societal pressures still there

Depends on who you are, what your goals are. If you are an IT nerd who is okay living in a glass dome city-oasis surrounded by a fucking desert, being treated like a very expensive pet (high salaries, no taxes but no citizenship either) then go for it. Oh, and you will be surrounded by muslims and require to apply for a licence to buy alcohol.

Just keep in mind that you gotta be respectful as you could end up in trouble for doing things that would go unnoticed in westerncuck countries

I moved to Dubai, never regretted it.
I wish it had nature, but it honestly ticks all the other boxes, and I did have a walk in a forest today, so ...
If you're a degenerate you're not gonna like it.
Girls commonly save theirselves for marriage, alcohol consumption is frowned upon by the locals, therefore expensive (you can get shitfaced in the Marina where there's only foreigners, but Dubai is simply more suited for a different type of lifestyle).
My living expenses (taking care of a whole family) are 65k dirhams per month and I live in Th8 on the palm with beautiful sea views and a beach club in my back yard. I own my place though, bought it with USDT, I can give anons contacts for 2 different agencies that can facilitate that.

bayut.com for real estate
On top of the price you have 2.1% agent fee, 4% government tax, ~30k dirhams notary fees and if you're buying with crypto - between 1% and 1.3% fee for the service.

If I write the cashout methods here where any glowie can read, they might get shut down.
Once you move, you'll figure it out by going to crypto meetups.
All of my money has perfectly provable source, and my cashout price is 1%. Goes to almost 2% in bank fees though, since I'm converting from USD to dirhams.
Now, I assume russian money launderers are being drained much more heavily but I doubt anons care about that.
Banks hate crypto.
RAKBANK claim they work with Kraken, but you need 6 month of salary data to even open an account there.
So the 1%-2% I claimed is about services that can put your money in the bank.
If you don't want the money in the bank and can survive on cash (which btw is easy here) you can simply go to 488ex, the fee is still around 1%. Found the guy on coinatmradar, it's not an ATM but they're legit and allow you to cash out to actual cash, as long as you give them the heads up 1 day in advance.

Also even though that banks are very anti-crypto, there's 2 new e-bank services coming up which I think will be very crypto-friendly. One is called Zand, the other is Wio, you can easily google them. Basically Revolut clones, but local, and built with crypto in mind. By the time you arrive they should be available already.

Stay at home wife, kids and beach club living.
I also retired my Mom.
And 5-10k dirhams per month go for finishing work on the place I bought, which is not recurring expenses.
We spend a lot on activities, and accept guests year-round because we don't want to forget our friends from back home.
Honestly, I think I can afford it long-term (currently relying on yield farming and AVAX staking), but even if I don't, I'm a senior software dev and wife used to be a high earner before the kids.
Worst case I return to coding for a few years to alleviate the expenses.
My wife is guaranteed to return to work at one point, too.

If you want to neet it up, food expenses shouldn't be higher than Western Europe.
You can rent a furnished studio in a very good area (e.g. The Greens) for $20k/yr or a shitty area (Deira) for a fraction of that.

I had never seen a black person (apart from travelling) before arriving in Dubai (from Eastern Europe).
Everyone here has a job, or a ticket back home.
Everyone acts like a normal human.
Blacks and Indians are great here. You probably have a reason not to like them in the states or UK, but you stop being racist in Dubai, because pretty much everyone around you is a decent human being. Except for russians. But definitely not blacks and pakis.

I find them to be less vain and shallow.
People here are religious and prey.
Your income and wealth matters more in dating, for sure. Many people here live as God intended - man provides, woman remains virgin until marriage and stays around her children.
The place likes to take money away from old farts and their prostitutes. You sure those girls grew up in Dubai?
I feel like the shallowness you're referring to mostly applies to rich tourists, whose money Dubai is after. Could be wrong though, I moved less than a year ago, and my friends are other recent expats. But I went out with a family and their daughters the other night, I had never seen such good manners from teenage girls, EVER... It actually impressed me.

i opened rak bank a few years back just to buy on bitoasis with instant deposit,
never sold any btc so i'm not sure how hard is to cash out
i assume it's quite tricky, and i read of several reports to keep it low profile (e.g. cashing out like 35k aed a month max, using multiple banks)
so you can cashout like 120k usd per bank a year, multiply it per 6/7/8 banks and you can cash out a million
kinda annoying but that will do the job without too many question asked i think
now i have a wio business for my company, they were the only one to open an account for freezones

Not an exchange.
An OTC that with 1% maker 1% taker fees.
Not gonna pinpoint which one for obvious reasons, but people in meetups know it.

How much money do you have and why aren’t you working? I’ve been here 25 years and I think Dubai has peaked. It breaks my heart to see threads about it on /biz/ because it means the jig is up and normies are about to flood in. The Russian/Ukrainian mafias that flooded in over the last year have ruined all the prices. Its only a matter of time before this turns into another Monaco and anyone with less than <$5M gets priced out. I think I’m going back to Canada in the next few years.
