HOWEVER it seems irrelevant because any DSPP in an account allows CS per their own ToS to hold the ENTIRE ACCOUNT with DTCC, which negates the primary function of the Book/DRS status.

You keep the 'label' but the DTCC subtly fucks you anyway by removing its primary function. It's making me ragebuy every time I think about it too long, this last 'secret gotcha' is pathetic.
