Very possibly. I think my temperament is pretty well-suited to it, by which I mean I am a short-tempered and demanding asshole who wields indignation as a cudgel whenever, for any reason, I can't just have my way the way I want it. At least that's my experience in dealing with lawyers interpersonally.

Except instead of being well-paid in a position that rewards that behavior, I'm a lower-middle-income officecuck whose performance reviews say things like "Should be mindful to communicate in a manner that emphasizes a team-player mindset".

Your Honor, members of the jury,

We stand before you to defend our democracy and the election voting system provider, who has been wrongfully defamed by the defendant, the media company. In spreading false and misleading information, the defendant has harmed our client's reputation and jeopardized the public's trust in our democratic process.

The defendant's false claims have been debunked by expert testimony, independent reports, and technical analysis. Under defamation law, specifically libel, the defendant is liable for knowingly publishing false information or acting with reckless disregard for the truth. The landmark case New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), established the "actual malice" standard, which we argue the defendant has met.

We also reference 52 U.S.C. § 20511, which criminalizes providing false information to voters regarding elections. By propagating misinformation, the defendant has potentially misled or disenfranchised voters, violating this statute.

Your Honor, accurate information is vital for preserving our democracy. The defendant's actions have not only hurt our client but also real people in our communities. First-time voters, community organizations, and others have suffered due to this misinformation.

We respectfully urge you to hold the media company accountable, sending a clear message that our democratic process must be protected and those who threaten it will face consequences.

Thank you.

Here’s how you do the lawyer career path:

1. Don’t try at all in law school. Don’t take notes, don’t pay attention. At the end of the semester get notes from someone a year ahead of you and cram for a couple weeks. You’ll pass every exam this way. Don’t do law review or any of that gay shit. You are here to get a degree and get to the next step as smoothly as possible. Literally do nothing except show up and study for the 1 exam each semester. It’s their fault for putting all the weight on 1 test but that’s how it is.

2. When you graduate study hard for the Bar exam using Kaplan or one of those courses. This is literally the hardest part of the entire journey. Just put in the work and pass the bar.

3. Once you’re barred, find a 60 year old plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer and offer to do any extra work he needs done so that you can learn the ropes. Learn everything you can from him. Eventually he will retire and you’ll get all of his clients.

4. Send 99% of the cases to other lawyers and split the fees with them so you get paid for doing nothing but giving them the case.

5. Work on any car wreck case that will quickly settle for the policy limits. This way you simply write a policy limits demand letter and the insurance companies settle immediately and you get the full fee.

This is a cheat sheet to EZ mode. You just settle cases with a demand letter and a phone call, otherwise you outsource all of the work to someone else and get paid for it. The amount of actual work you do is 1% compared to any other attorney. You have total control over your schedule and how much work you want to do. And you make a lot of money. Moreover, everyone treats you with respect because in their heads you’re a badass attorney.

>More lawyers overall = judges' salaries go up

Per capita, there are 2 and a half times more lawyers than there were in 1969. 1969 = 320k, 2022 = 1.3 million. US Pop. 1968 = 200mil, US Pop 2022 = 330 mil. In 1969, US district court judges were compensated $40k a year. In 2023, judges are compensated $232k a year. If inflation were followed, a judge's compensation from 1969 to 2023 should go from 40k/year to 336k/year. Judges are undercompensated compared to 1969, yet there are almost 2.5 times more lawyers since then. How can it be that judges benefit from more lawyers?

I shouldn't have wasted my time with that, but no matter how you slice it, you are a fucking retard.

Man, you're beating the fuck out of that strawman. I never said more lawyers = more judge salary, you lying faggot. You have nothing, so you devolved into semantics like an estrogenic loser. Since you're obsessed with IQ levels, the telltale sign of low IQ retards is something called a "GOTCHA" debater, which is exactly what you're doing. Notice how you're not actually making any arguments or providing substance to the conversation, and are obsessing over a simple misinterpretation of judge salaries (which I clarified)?

Make an argument about why you like the legal system. Say what you like about lawyers and judges and stop being a pussy who mischaracterizes arguments like a sniveling coward rat. Guess you have a kike lawyer in the family?

It was clarified with
>"The judge gets paid from the more than 50 000 lines of legal code that you, as a pathetic lemming, likely violate while driving to work for goldberg"
Meaning you are either dishonest, retarded, or both. Nobody thinks lawyer fees directly fund judges. You know I know this. I know you know I know this. Yet you continue dancing along this retarded strawmanned non-argument. You are deliberately omitting this statement and ignoring many of the valid criticisms I've made in the conversation chain:
>Judges, lawyers, cops. and politicians are incentivized to have many thousands of lines of legal code to encourage the flow of humans into the court system (how judges and lawyers get paid, I'll spell it out again)
>The game is designed to punish you if you self-represent.
>You lose access to services which are either exclusively available to attorneys, or your requests (I sued FOIA requests as an example) will not be processed in time to use as a defense in court.
>You will not be able to work out quality plea deals with prosecutors that an attorney would be able to attain
You haven't addressed any of these arguments, formed a rebuttal, or described positive traits you like about the jewdicial system.

I can't wait for your next dishonest reply to continue talking about judge salaries and none of these points. kek

yeah, because as you so eloquently demonstrated, the average person knows jack shit about the law. only retarded sovereign citizens and arrogant niggers try to self-represent, which is why judges hate people who self-represent--not because they get a kickback when people get a lawyer.
