1. To be very rich and have money which can make you move the world toward your will... billions and billions... but I'd accept between 50-500 million liquidable to to present day USD value. Great positive cash flow from many angles, lots of security in cash and assets in many areas and accounts with trustworthy and faithful asset managers and accountants.
2. Own shit ton of residential and commercial real estate, go around making changes on them and improving them and setting managers over them. Travel everywhere and have sex with cute Chinese girls and smoke heroin on yachts while listening to dark 80s synthwave and playing poker and day trading.
