It's not very straightforward to sell fractionals, unless you're simply terminating a reinvestment plan. This is what you do (feel free to spread to Cringemines):
1. In the Holdings page, click "View Details", then select the "Actions" menu on the right of the Holdings with a "Plan Holdings" as its Share Type.
2. Take note of the amount of the fractional share.
3. Click "Sell."
4. Confirm your Pre-Sell Details.
5. On the next page, click "Select share lots."
6. You have to do a little math. Select the share lot(s) the sum of which will represent the value from step 2.
7. Select your Sell order type.
8. Confirm, type at the box on the bottom of the page.
9. ???
10. Roundhouse kick a hedgie in the head, financially speaking.

The really funny part is how there's actually about 83 million shares direct registered to book entry but the compromised SEC told GME if they reported more shares direct registered to book entry than should be possible given Sneed and Cede holdings, they'd charge them with treason because revealing that the markets are horribly compromised would be a natsec issue in the midst of the dollar getting shaken by every party imaginable.
