In the wake of institutional failures, the end of consensus reality, and emergent AI, society needs a new trust model.

Yes crushing some poontang at the bar. Then bringing her back and making her listen to it while I ramble on about smart contracts for 3 hours while she sits there uninterested

>is there a better way to spend a friday night?
having raucous sex with a qt gf and dining on 5 star food and being in a hot tub drinking high quality champagne with the qt gf and looking up at the stars on a night with perfect weather

other than that watching sergey interviews is nice too.

zzzz
I swear to god he had practically the same interview with this guy in 2017
yes, obviously some things have happened since then, but not much

Yea after watching it I regret. REALLY poorly conducted interview with no real juice, no hard questions or pushing Sergey on shit people really want to know about. The coinbase guy did a way better job w/ Kemal.

sergey actually gives some really great insights into the nature of blockchain, consensus, etc. I'm only about a quarter of the way through but you guys are really underrating this interview. He even lets slip the master plan of replacing blockchains with DONs as the new consensus mechanism

I’d ask him about OFAC compliance in ETH validation, and try to lead him to actually talk about Web3 as a bulwark against state power which is something he’s much too professional to ever discuss unsolicited.

this interview is doing a great job, he's asking some interesting questions about tokenization and some other things. not sure why everyone shit on him.

>Web3 as a bulwark against state power
Yeah, this would certainly be interesting to ask him. Although I’m sure that’s the exact kind of idea that chainlink doesn’t want gaining traction just yet. They wouldn’t want to invite that kind of gov scrutiny until the latest possible moment

He talks about defi being deterministic and not trusting people or institutions and says your can withdraw your funds from AAVE even if a meteor hit the earth and no one can stop you. Why didn’t the guy ask him about defi users who couldn’t withdraw their funds from Celsius or users who got their Link basically stolen from Bancor from them “changing the rules”

>>54597006
Celsius isn't defi and the Bancor scam happened to people who moved their tokens to V3 pools. They get raped because they allowed Bancor to rape them. Always read the fine print.

Boring interview. Stop interviewing Sergey and talk to Kemal instead. He’ll have profoundly more interesting things to say about the intersection of AI and crypto.
