I sell it immediately, take parts of my profits to open a short position and the rest I put in cash at home because a glitch like that will cause a huge crash when revealed, but to hedge against the exchange stealing my money or going bankrupt I only use a small part of my stack to short. Me on the other hand, I would take half of it and build a 100k sf warehouse that's divided into 15 units, rent them out, and live off the income.
I'd also take like 500k and set my brother up in business doing construction so he has an opportunity to make something of himself
