Because it's not about finding a heavily shorted company with a small float, it also has to have a legitimate future as a profitable company free from bankruptcy AS WELL AS having a chairman and board who aren't a bunch of idiots AS WELL AS not being there as Wall Street plants intentionally trying to drive the company into the ground either. That's why AMC has no chance because Aron is a hostile CEO and why BBBY has no chance since they're going to go bankrupt because they directly compete with giants like Wal Mart and Ikea.
