I unironically am one of those people who used to have much more bitcoin than I do now but I got smart and thought I could trade it and gain more of it only to lose most of what I had

This is unique and painful, far more painful than those who never had bitcoin but say they knew about it but were too lazy to get any, the difference is I actually had a lot of bitcoin at one point, and squandered most of it away trying to trade the market to get more of it, this is far worse than those of you who never had any to begin with, even if you "knew about it" many years ago but never actually owned any

And you cant even cope post and tell me

>Oh well, you would have just lot it on some exchange going down

No, I always keep it in cold storage, none of the exchanges exit scamming or "failing" ever impacted me, all of my lost bitcoin is purely out of retardedness in thinking I could trade it back and forth to get more of it

stop trading now and learn about wealth peservation, risk management, opportunity cost, and gamblers dilemma. I only trade 5% of my stak, if I go over, I add to my cold storage, and only trade on sideswap. stay away from leverage. How much percent did you lose?

It's relatively unique because the newer mindset of traders make it so that have to compete on both metrics (USD value and BTC value).

At times you'd have more btc but less in usd terms or more usd but fewer btc. you'd have to trade perfect to have more of both at all times, consistently growing the stack. the vast majority are losers so it's less usd/less btc

That's why the true believers only counted in Sats, makes life more bearable. A lot of that was repeated in 2017... now not so much anymore.

kek, retard.
I can understand 55 -> 35, but losing 96% of your coins is downright retarded. After a few bad trades you're supposed to learn that you suck at trading and stop doing it...

there's some people who can't even get 0.5 btc. don't complain

2013 I knew guys that had over 100 BTC. I wasn't in the market, just observed. They swear they are good traders for amassing 6 figures. But if they just held and bought more they'd be past 5-10 million usd. I've only ever bought.
