So I have this one friend who keeps using alt accounts to insult me and to trash talk about me. But it is pretty obvious that he is behind all this alts. I suspect he is a schizo but he keeps denying this, how can I help my friend?

Literally just ghost him. Ghost him for a year, and then come back, and when he asks why you did that just say you were tired of him trash talking you. Knowing someone for 2 years is not that long of a timespan for a deep friendship, especially if it's just an online friend. Some people don't show their true colors for years. And there's nothing that someone that constantly clamors for attention hates more than someone just deciding to cut them off and say "nah, I'm not listening to you anymore".
