I remember when I had 50k hbar and a shitty job at a gas station in college. When I would have my morning coffee I had absolute certainty that I would make it. Now I have 115k hbar and my first post grad 9-5 job making more money than I ever have and I don’t even think about crypto anymore. I’m not sure why but my morale, hope, and confidence is near zero. he probably stopped by one of these threads 2+ years ago and read the '50BB token copy pasta fud', which is completely true, and the gist of it was you have insane sell pressure until it's fully distributed, so it was a shit investment 2 years ago.
right now though, the price has more or less bottomed out, general economy is shit, 6.5% staking is phenomenal in this environment.
lot of people sitting on cash really happy with their 4.5% high yield savings accounts haha.

Similar, was finishing grad school when I bought in with what I could. A couple years later I'm down ~40%, still buying, and not even expecting it to moon. It's just muscle memory to put money in it and forget about it. Hopefully my grandkids enjoy the 2x they'll inherit.

Crypto is at a fork in the road where retail and enterprise are becoming one. In order for this to become a successful reality L1s will need L2s to scale and complete various tasks. More layers = more complications, more problems, less efficiency, less security. Hedera bypasses all this by being an L0...

When it comes to crypto, Hbar is the only one where I like both what I see and what I hear. Following those who have insight into scaled usecases have all been praising hashgraph since day one and none regret making the switch from what theyve initally started developping their web 3 migratory applications on.

DecimalPoint Analytics understands the necessity for a DLT and said implications in bringing cohesiveness to multiple facets of industry and he chose hedera. The most bullish thing about hbar is that they dont shill, nor have ethots or influencers or ads on fleeting products to bring notice to the coin. Those who need to know about whats the best DLT already know about hedera. Retail comes after and in the meantime let ppl trade jpegs of Samurai dildos... I'll hold and stake. I may be to invested but atm I see nothing else even CLOSE to being as good of a gamble.
