I've always thought its funny how families dont combine their wealth to accumulate more assets. Lets take houses for example, even if all family members already own a house/apartment they can buy another house together to create cashflow and split the costs. Then they just have to save up some money again and repeat the process. If they'd do this for 20 years they would have a shit ton of assets and the entire family would be well off.

but no, all (mostly white) modern families hate each other and use every chance to fuck each other over once money is involved, like the ususal inheritance drama for example.
why dont families band together?

I've said this to my family a million times. Instead of each member (including an in-law) living in a $400k house. Why not just buy a $2m home and split the mortgage like 8 ways?

You are just a city slicker coomer who wants to "make it" and waste money on gold digging whores. If you REALLY want a house, you can get it.

all family members need to work together and if there's a nigger in the family it breaks apart quickly. Talking from experience as I grew up in a multigenerational house with three 100m2 + apartments and a cellar of the same size. As soon as the trouble maker (aunt and her family) left it got better but when grandfather died she expectedto inherit and enitre floor and probably wanted to sell it back to us or rent it to completely foreign people. But based grandfather knew she couldn't be trusted and basically left her without inheritance. He helped her build a house btw but she divorced and sold half of it to some weird family and went to live with her "chad"
