Wow, well no objections, moving on. I place microsoft in second place. Dont get me wrong, microsoft is a very strong company and satya is a promising CEO. But truth be told microsoft never built the branding power apple could do. Apples team manages to take an up and coming technology and profit off it immensely while making a moat effortlessly. Microsoft is a strong contender for second place, sure windows is losing market share but microsoft dominates in government contracts, and its bing search and push into AI is capable of eating into other giants like google. But its acquisitions of software companies is incredible, a cash flow power house.

For third place, I have google. Google is a software giant, a real profit machine in the 2000s and 2010s. But the dotcom darling and household name just isn't on the same level as apple and microsoft. Its core product the search engine has been dropping in quality, digital advertising has expanded beyond google search, they have taken a bit of a backseat, its not 2005 anymore, and their CEO doesn't look as promising as satya. But they have a portfolio of powerful software, maps, docs, gmail, and their presence in software libraries is insane. I dont doubt google, a strong middle of the pack company that could turn around with better management.
