I enjoy my job and am probably one of the most stable workers here. And always provide quality work. But some co-workers work overtime every day. And today my boss asked why I produce less then the people who work until late in the evening. Which kind of pisses me off. Because I always have my shit in order, meet all deadlines.

Every couple months multiple people leave at my job. And it's always due to the work pressure. If my boss starts nagging to me I will leave for a comfier job as well.
