Most USDs are just zeros with at least a one in front of it in bank accounts guis. This is why they want CBDCs, they could actually do a token burn like what your suggesting. The problem is that they will use CBDCs to fuck you in every hole until you like it, not to create digital sound money with deflationary mechanisms in place.
