I guess the answer is just pretend you’re stupid like them: I have always had to do this to set off as little normie alarms as possible. They can still tell you’re off a little, but it would be so much worse if you were just honest. It’s damage control since you were born with non npc brain, but the alternative is much worse and you would be setting off tons of normie alarms everywhere you went.
