IT salaries are exactly the same in Paris and in Bucarest the difference is that everything is cheaper in Romania, like 2 or 3 times cheaper (talking about real estate for the 3 times - restaurants and clubs are 2 times cheaper)

Also you don't have any competition on IT positions in Bulgaria or Romania when in Paris you are competing with all the country and a senior dev will accept to be paid as a junior dev just to have some work
