when a yacht is a better financial decision?
Increases your status significantly to meet with other wealthy people and you can go from a virgin to a body count of 10 in a week

I can't get groceries with a yacht, that's why I got myself a Porsche instead.

Premium cars are one of the worst luxury purchases imaginable
This >>54329896 faggot with a Porsche has a giant target on his back and cops will pull you over at lower speeds because they want to teach you a lesson. Imagine spending all that money on a car that can go zoom zoom ultra fast and then having to drive the speed limit. Just get a Lexus or a Benz or something

Anon, I... don't live in a country where cops do that.

Actually, my car is the pretty much the only thing that has appreciated in value since I bought it 2 years ago. I could sell it today for 30% profit at minimum.

The only two instances where you should be on a yacht are if you're renting it, or you bought it as a business to rent out to people for most of the year. Spending multigenerational wealth on a depreciating asset is the worst idea ever.

How do you convince women to have sex with you with an yacht?
Seriously, it doesn't help for one night stands.
If you get a gf cause of the yacht she'll want to get some of your wealth. If you break up with her before she is entitled to your shit that's gonna make her angry and you might get hit with a domestic abuse or rape charge.

>Increases your status significantly
No it doesn’t. The only people who care about boats are other people who have them looking for validation
>meet with other wealthy people
It’s literally just people who get drunk and hang out at a marina Thurs-Sun with the same people telling the same stories. They’re pretty much all 50-60, insufferable, and divorced or in bad marriages
>go from a virgin to a body count of 10 in a week
It’s literally cheaper and less headaches to fuck whores. If your goal of any endeavor is to get laid you’re a fucking clown and NGMI.
Your post actually captures the mentality of a boat owner so well regardless of how disconnected from reality it actually is. Boaters are truly NPCs

I like watching those videos of walkthroughs of the really large yachts but it always bothers me when they get to the crew cabins. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms (day heads) they show look nicer than anything I have ever slept in or taken a shit in but when they get to the crew section they always look like a bed and bathroom you might find in a RV built c1985.

Landlocked, and glad to be. Less exposure to rising water levels, earthquakes, tsunamis, and hurricanes, not to mention that ocean air is corrosive af on infrastructure
