How are small business owners dealing with the zoomer menace?

I have to admit, there was a time I thought millennials were lazy and entitled. But the dumbest millennial I've ever hired has been Stephen fucking Hawking compared to the brightest zoomer. These retards can't even scoop ice cream or hit two keys on a register without fucking SOMETHING up. They're completely helpless and bother you constantly about the simplest aspects of any job, they have no problem solving skills, and they have absolutely zero common sense. They can figure out how to add their pronouns on their email signature, but simply cannot form a coherent sentence in an email without including some of their retarded slang or some stupid shit like that. I used to at least be able to depend on younger generations to figure out how to navigate a computer, but despite spending 90% of their lives in front of a screen, these kids are somehow even more useless than boomers when it comes to technology. One of them had a legitimate mental breakdown last week because I asked them to fucking print something. Oh, and any criticism you give them makes them feel "invalid." They cannot into any workplace conflict and will just sulk all day instead of addressing an issue or talking to me about it. I had a millennial come up and ask me for a break the other day like any normal person would if they began to feel overwhelmed. So I said, "ok, sure, take a break" and took over for her for 20 minutes until she was ready to come back. A zoomer was offended by that because they wanted to take a break too and complained about it even though they said nothing to me about it. You just had to fucking ask me, dumbass, and I would've gladly let you take a fucking break just like any other employee. They're just more trouble than they're worth in every experience I've had with this generation, and I'm starting to think I just shouldn't even hire anyone born after 2003 at this point.
