Even if the TVL was 6 billion, are you suggesting that TVL should be correlated to price and marketcap? Curve CRV has a TVL of 4 billion dollars and generates more revenue in a week than arbitrum generates in a year even with all the current hype, yet it has a marketcap nowhere close to a billion.
ARB is not a gas token like ETH, BNB or FTM so the chain's TVL should not be used to give value to ARB because that TVL is on other protocols using other tokens.
ARB is a gov token for a DAO, so it only makes sense to use the DAO's treasury to give ARB it's valuation. Sadly, ARB's DAO treasury is mostly made of ARB's tokens they printed themselves.
Listen, I got a huge aidrop too just like everybody else, I would love this shit to "moon" too. But we have to be realistic, a x10 would make ARB's marketcap bigger than BNB, USDC and USDT put together, and almost as big as ETH.
It's not gonna happen anytime soon.
