you're a 25 IQ retard. future prospects, and people's views of future prospects, don't boil down to "good" and "bad."

Short-term, it's not good, but I don't think it'll have that strong an effect. The Fed has been said to "hike rates until something breaks". If that is true, then he will keep hiking until something breaks. Something has broken. So what the market is testing is his resolve, not so much the level of rates. Banks are getting hit by changes in bond prices, but if the Fed wants to, it probably can backstop the entire banking system. Jerome Powell has the same models they at the banks have, he's not going to go "oops, I sure didn't foresee that based on the publicly available data that everyone is talking about all the time on Youtube". I thus personally doubt the banks can "win" this fight.
Independently of that, we have global manufacturing and supply chains breaking apart, which is very much a real problem.

he's trying to engineer 2008 2 and not great depression 2 or weimar 2. 2008 2 is the 'soft landing' now.

i choose to believe this too. He could not have done less than .25 without losing face and putting his chair at risk. This way he looks like his plan worked, and the inevitable qe was programmed all along.
