D bought for 5k and is holding
Profit
See everyone is in Profit and now fuck off.

Boomers

My baby boomer parent was telling me how she knew another baby boomer who'd bought bitcoin and
>lost a lot of money
So much so that he was stunned and didn't know what to do with himself.

He'll have bought the 20k peak and sodl'ed at 4k, like an investment genius, like so many boomers think they are.

But apparently it wasn't all bad because he also had a little patch of land he was able to sell to get some money back. So.... you know.... equals peequals and all that...

I would consider it an honor to rinse out just one boomer or wokey. I'm basically performing a public service at this point.

>Crypto literally turns anyone who's "into crypto" into a grifter far worse than any banker, literally people trying to pump and dump all of their friends, family, and followers into "holding the bag" and losing their investment.
It would be funny if it wasn't so true. Crypto is a ZERO-SUM GAME!
The only way to "make gainz" is if someone else loses money.
At least with banking, people get an ROI based on returns from loans, like mortgages. In Crypto, there's no returns on anything. "Yield farming" is literally a scam.

Really all trading, regardless of what you are trading, is a zero sum game. Now, maybe youre trading things that are creating value in the economy, but they would be creating that value even if they weren't being traded.
However, so don't think profiting from trading is fundamentally immoral. If you're making a profit, you're buying things that are undervalued thus raising the price, and selling things that are overvalued thus lowring the price, so you are helping the market determine the fair value of the things you are trading. Generally, if youre losing money by trading, you deserve to be punished because you are pushing the price in the wrong direction.

Bitcoin produces a valuable system of money. It's not a zero-sum game because all participants are enjoying the benefits of the system as a whole. Just like a single word has no value outside of a language, but the language as whole has value in that it facilitates communication. Bitcoin, by virtue of being a good basis for a financial system, facilitates commerce and is therefore a valuable thing.
