I was there several months ago. Talk to family members or a doctor/therapist. This is what helped me. I ended up on a low dose of lexapro and low dose "as needed" anxiety medication. It has made a huge difference. It was a struggle to get myself to open up and simply to go to the doctor as well. I'll pray you have the strength to get through that step if you haven't already. <3

it's mainly from the daylight savings time change. i get it, OP, i did 3 grams of ketamine last week on an extended bender and i felt like absolute shit. i'm still recovering but mainly from the time change.
