haha happens to me recently too but theres always something that stops me cashing out in the dream - like the internet connection is down, i have to go across town to the broker or something wierd like that and get pulled over on the way etc etc. Pure anxiety. Like the ones I used to have where I was drinking out of a glass and it would break into pieces in my mouth, or where my teeth would break when I chewed something in the dream.
