You could of seen it coming from miles away just by how sergey carried himself. Hes an autist idealist trying to improve the world rather then make money.
Its noble to be in it for the tech for the public good but terrible for making money.
Compare him to shameless business chads like CZ and richard heart, both their projects pumped extremely well, because they werent about some kumbayah utopia bullshit, they only cared about making money and pumping the shit out of their projects.

What makes it even worse now is sergey has made fuck you money without delivering a working product. He could care less about pumping the price when he has more money then hell ever spend, he just wants fame and praise for making oracles and becoming a tech star.
Chainlinks seemingly impressive adoption becomes a total farce when you realize its success is solely dependent on subsidization, of course everyone will use your free oracles, it doesnt mean fuck all if it cant generate revenue.
This is just like ubers situation, they focused on maasive growth and adoption instead of profit and now they are fucked, chainlink just like uber will have all those users leave once they increase the price.
Of course People will use uber when it gives free rides, but when it costs the same as a taxi nobody has any loyalty to it.
