I'm pretty sure the actual lotto is off-chain, the smart contract doesn't have any actual lotto code and the prizes are being paid out by actual wallet addresses, they likely have a server running python or javascript programs to run the actual lottery itself, unless you can point me to the function in the contract that handles this but I can't find it anywhere.
