It turns out that he is currently buying up the price of HEX using ETH from the Adoption Amplifier. He funnels the money through tornadocash and then to an exchange known as bybit and then magically on the other side there has been large buy orders from seemingly shallow accounts.

He hasn't uses up the funds from Pulse and PulseX yet and has a couple hundred million dollars left, so this might 100x before he runs out of steam.

Money comes from bybit then Goes directly into buying HEX.
