So the initial supply will be 1.5B with 8.5B locked.
Of that 1.5B you can bet most of it is in the hands of insiders and ARB devs who knew months in advance that this was happening.
Which means in my opinion this has a pretty good chance of sustaining a pump since only jeets and some lucky whales who farmed on multiple wallets will dump at launch.
BTC pumping will also help a lot.
