It has an enormous variety of stuff to buy - the largest I've seen.
Their prices are usually the highest, but this is reasonable, considering they have to pay for acquiring and storing that inventory through thick and thin.
They're slow if you use ACH, which is treated the same as a paper check for clearing, going through a 5 business day clearing period even though you'll see the withdrawal from your account right away.
They are reputable - their stuff is legit.

Why all silver? If I were investing $150k in metals rn, it'd be $100k in gold and $50k in silver. The banking stuff could get uglier and gold is a better safe haven than silver. I'm not so sure. Given the similar relationships to the two metals, I don't see gold being able to run away from silver due to arbitrage opportunities. Given the known scarcity of silver, people would just sell some gold and vacuum up a metric fuckton of precious metals relative to what they sold.
Silver, however, can run away from gold due to its industrial uses. It is needed elsewhere and the supply is very tight. I think 100 years from now silver as a money metal will be a bizarre notion to think that silver was actually in coinage that was widely used by everyone. The bull thesis surrounding platinum is pretty explosive. Most of it comes from Russia and South Africa. I think the paper-ponzi is papering over the supply deficit issues. No one stores value in commodities anymore and I can see that changing in a big way. And the price suppression is also a function of helping to pad corporate profits. If the elite go and dump their value into precious metals it's over.
