Do some things to help with your anxiety. Go to a therapist. Ive heard toastmasters can help alot. Like another guy said, sign up for some social classes ie cooking, sports etc and just gradually try to push yoursel to be more and more social. Get an accountant.
Get a real estate agent.

The accountant will help you set up your bank accounts and taxes- you're going to have at least some.

Then you call the real estate agent and say you want to buy whatever house, maybe something around the 500K range depending on where you live. You can get very favorable terms if you put 40% down, which is no problem for you. This will save you money in the long term on a mortgage. If you shorten the mortgage, you'll have steeper payments but pay less interest. It may be worth it to have a mortgage and pay it off because it will establish your credit in case you ever need it.

Take at least half of your money and be conservative with it. Savings, health insurance, life insurance, etc. Put some money into a roth IRA and some into an index fund. You're good at crypto but you could shorten your time to retirement significantly without too much risk at this point.

Then fucking grow up. Keep working, keep doing crypto if it floats your boat. But if crypto tanks after you have a house half paid off, you can adjust to that, just sell it and move on. You will at least have 40% of the equity left in it. Real estate tends to rise in value so you're safe there unless the housing market crashes badly again.

Alternately you could pay rent in a comfy little apartment and then ask a real estate agent to help you find an investment property- like a small duplex that you could hand over to a management firm. Step 2: find a buying agent and setup some viewings just for shits and gigs

Step 3: if you find one you like, buy it. srsly. buying a house is almost too easy now days with esignatures. it seems stressful, but usually the stressful part about it is knowing you'll be in debt, which won't apply for you, so its really as easy as picking one you want and signing some shit

Step 4: move into your swanky new pad, get settled in and find your groove as a bachelor out on your own

Step 5: try online dating for a bit. we're all socially retarded here, but we don't do so bad through a screen. break the ice there first and then meet when you have some kind of rapport to go from

Step 6: if all goes well, take her back to your new pad and roll around in your sheets

Maybe this is just a LARP, but if not OP, you owe it to yourself to use this windfall to start whatever life you want and to seize any opportunities you feel you've missed. The money won't solve everything, certainly not the anxiety, but sometimes the best way to deal with anxiety is to break your habits and change your environment.
