They mostly have short duration bonds to keep the parity which means they are constantly adapting to the economic reality.

They are also shady as fuck in their banking which means they probably have 3000000000000 bank accounts at this rate.

But that's not as bad as you think, look at the sec trying to claim busd is a fucking security.

They don't do shit against tether because they are mostly outside the system and failure to stop them would incentivize others to start their own tether.
