Should I just quit and do it? Ordered a cruiserboard that comes soon, just bought a Thinkpad that I could try making some money online from

got 3k cash, 35k crypto and 80k stocks. I am very hesitant because I'm worried about money and my funds just draining to 0 over time if I just up and quit. I don't really want to sell any assets because my goal is to never have to work again, and for that I need way more invested and the market is currently shitting the bed

Now is NOT the time to quit. It always gets harder to find a job after being unemployed, and that's even harder during a recession. Take some nice vacations, get a hobby, but do not quit.

I understand it's retarded if the goal is to make money. But the trade off so far has been staying cooped up in a house, performing tasks that I do not care about, to the detriment of my well being.

The idea of doing something interesting for once at the cost of salary is becoming more tempting. I have some savings and I've made a couple hundred quid the last month from starting online businesses, it's not much but it's something.
