If you own a second home and rent it out you are exploiting the renters need for shelter for profit. You add nothing to the economy and considering rents are higher than most mortgage repayments you’re artificially driving up the price of renting.

That’s if you own the house flat out.

If you mortgage the house with the sole intention of renting it out and having someone else pay the mortgage while collecting a percentage you’re engaging in debt manipulation of the highest order and should watch your family be executed in front of you before your eyes are gouged out and you’re dumped into the ocean

The renter is exchanging money produced through their labor in exchange for the landlords time and labor (both physical and mental) that they spend on up keeping the property and managing all that comes with owning a property.
In return for spending their money the renter gets the luxury of avoiding nearly all the responsibility of property ownership along with a more flexible living situation as it is much easier to leave a rented property for multiple reasons.

In short get a real job nigga

The landlord takes on the risk and renters pay for that privilege. Thats really all there is to it. Its a practice that has been around since property has been a thing and always will be. Your real problem is the lack of space available for people driving up house prices (and rent as a byproduct) which is a direct result of mass immigration and lack of construction investment.

Its basic supply and demand, I agree its bullshit but houses are always finite as is living space and land. If the population is going to continue to grow then there is less resources for everyone else and so the price rises. I'm making sure my children are set up and in order to get that done in the 18 years it takes to raise them, I have to offset costs. And the best one for that is rent because it makes the mortgage take care of itself and its beneficial to both parties. Now if I was reasonably assured that my wages would stay in line with the ability to purchase a house within 1 year and that inflation wouldn't rape my bankaccount, then sure I'd happily wait. But I'm not about to risk their future because some faggot wants to live off my wage for free.

The total land surface area of Earth is about 57,308,738 square miles, of which about 33% is desert and about 24% is mountainous. Subtracting this uninhabitable 57% (32,665,981 mi2) from the total land area leaves 24,642,757 square miles or15.77 billion acresof habitable land.

The population of earth is 7.888billion (2021) people

15.77/7.888 = 2 acres per person

We all deserve 2 acres. Any landlord who owns less than 2 acres is justified. Any landlord who owns more than this, must sell their land, and stop hording. This is the law of God. No other law will survive, and whomever disibeys this law will eventually suffer for their sin.

ive thought about math like this before, but only for america. it would be pretty hard to calculate all the variables imo: excluding state and national parks(natural beauty is worth preserving), excluding unlivable areas(the fucking desert or a mountain top that doesnt fall under natl parks).

so lets make it simple, no single person can own more than three properties. one of them must be a primary residence, and the other two can be rented but for no more than 105% of the mortgage cost. corporations are no longer allowed to own single family homes, but they can still operate apartment complexes and condominiums, as there will always be a need for those. enact a law like that and let it have a 15 year expiration date, i think it would fix a few things.

The land that they own should be a Reit that they rent from the distributed owners. Say someone only wants one acre to live on. They can rent their single acre to the ranchers. The ranchers who own the land now, should be compensated with some other asset. The land needs to be distributed. Land will still have various values, but everyone has the right to own something. Captialism doesn't work as long as real estate is considered an asset. It should be a liability, just like cars, a house built 40 years should be worth close to nothing today, one monthly minimum wage at most. Rents should go down over time. Property value should go down over time.

But of course they don't want that. So they import millions of people and have the taxpayer pay for their housing, all so their shitty 'investment' choices don't lose value AS THEY SHOULD. A HOUSE IS NOT AN ASSET, IT'S A LIABILITY.

I can't wait for this entire scam to come crashing down, but of course when it happens it will be far too late and our countries will be majority non-white, unable to ever come back. All just so some retards can make money without providing value to society. There has never been a bigger mistake in the history of humanity.

you're either a brainlet or deliberately disingenuous
when you tax ownership of the underlying value and that tax doesnt go up with land improvement, you encourage people to maintain or improve the property to be able to make the land somehow profitable. if not then you're literally just being charged to hoard and then you can speculate as to whether or not someone will still wanna buy it for more than you did
I think you're just mad that this will create downward pressure on the value of land itself, since the primary jewish money trick will no longer work. (their primary trick is financial slavery by any means)

Yes. The amount of land we own will go down. This is something we all need to accept. We all need to share in the burden of overpopulation.
Also, land value is not equalin monitary value. Not sure what you are implying with, "diging a hole", but if you modify your land, either in a good or bad way, the value of your land will change, and your ability to trade it will change. Obviously there are a myriad details to work out, and I have no power to make any of this happen. I only speak to the revelation I see, that land is in enheritance from God. Not mankind. The huge lie we have been sold, is that some government or corporation owns us. They don't own us, and they don't own our land. The land belongs to us, and each of us currently owns two acres. This is an inheritance from God almighty. Men do not own you, you are fee, and you own 2 acres of flat developable land, right now. You just need to wake up, and take it.

That's if you own the soil you grow in.

If you grow food with the sole intention of selling it and having someone else pay for that food while collecting a profit percentage you're engaging in food price manipulation of the highest order and should watch your broccoli be eaten in front of you before your eyes are gouged out and you're dumped into the compost heap

>houses are liabilities not assets.
This is true I agree, it's a funny legal term that people purchase, the land and the materials are the assets, the house itself is a liability.

Broadly speaking the landlord is one who accepts liability for a fee.

If the thing breaks or causes injury, it's the landlord's fault, if the thing fails it's purpose, blame the landlord.

The successful landlord requires two skills. The ability to accept liability (from which there is no direct harm) and the ability to avoid being liable. (From which there is a clear negative effect)

Taxing land forces them to pay up front for holding an asset which is a way to preemptively hold them liable. Unfortunately these taxes as they are are easily paid/considered meaningless. Moreover they punish people who are not liable, they tax people who just live at a home, want a vacation location or hunt on private land. All things that in theory, should affect nobody but themselves. Additionally land taxes punish those who wish to improve land (unless they are friends with surveyors or appraisers)

A rent tax would directly tax anyone who seeks to offer protection from liabilities of any sort. From landlords, to pimps, to airport car rentals to insurance agencies, to the modern "X-as-a-Service" cloudhuffing lock and key "don't make your own OS" techbro

All scum who need to be discouraged.

In the same way that God does not exist to an atheist, both Corporations and Governments do not exist to the rightious. I'm telling you brother. You already own 2 acres of land. It's yours. The Corporation and the Governments are just fantasy stories written on paper. They are invented by greedy men to say that what God has given us, is really theirs. But it is not. God has given us all two acres of land. Do not steal land from those who sit on 2 acres or less, because they are justified. "investors" artificially drive up the cost of home ownership and prices, and then pass those prices off to renters. It then works to preclude people from home ownership altogether because they can't afford it. Not only that, but it makes neighborhoods more fluid and families are less likely to invest in their communities, neighborhood watch, shit like that. It's no wonder that the american town/community is dying completely. Younger generations just don't give a shit about their town past the extent required to fulfill their own hedonistic pleasures. It's because boomer and gen X landlords have worked to completely undermine it with their own greed.
