mid 19k has been the previous stable price, now the price is stabilizing at 19k, should I buy?

This, also it's 'tax season' in the US right now. The buy pressure will undoubtedly stay a little low over this time since so many people will be using their fiat to pay tax. I've in this situation myself so I am having to wait and hope that the dump continues until I can buy more.
I do make good money but I don't keep any in my bank account for obvious reasons, but over the next two weeks I will have to.

You would call it stupidity perhaps, I somehow can follow trends in the price of bitcoin and know when the price is stable enough to buy the dip.
The problem is that I am not confident with my skills despite having predicted price trends in the past.
Another is confidence, when FTX fell I knew I could short Solana and then buy the dip and in a few days prices would go up, I could have got around 40% return on investment if I had done that, but when I ask here in /biz/ and another crypto groups everyone told me almost Religious bullshit about Solana and that the price would collapse and the project will be doomed. Of course that did not happen, all crypto sapiens were wrong and lack of confidence made me not risk in the investment.
In short, never ask a crypto investor about short term trading, all that invest in crypto end up losing money, so whatever...
